Police said 37-year-old Rolando Cavaco Jr., of Somerset, was arrested on the following charges:

    • OUI drugs
    • Negligent operation of a motor vehicle
    • Failure to slow or stop
    • Possession of a class E drug

Authorities said they responded at a reported crash on Read Street near the intersection of Pleasant View Avenue just before 7:30 a.m.
