JOHNSTON, R.I. (WJAR) -- Gov. Gina Raimondo got a first-hand look Tuesday at a Johnston neighborhood that's been underwater for weeks.
She took a tour of Belfield Avenue with state emergency management officials and Mayor Joseph Polisena.
Homeowners first bean dealing with the problem during the historic flood of 2010.
Now that it has flooded a second time, the area may be eligible for federal funding.
The money would be used to buy two properties and repair a broken underground culvert.
