Report: Founder of JetBlue planning to start new airline that would fly out of T.F. Green
The founder of JetBlue Airways is looking to start a new airline that could fly from T.F. Green Airport.
Airline Weekly reported that David Neelman is starting Moxy Airlines, which apparently plans to fly smaller Bombardier jets and focus on secondary airports, such as T.F. Green, Fort Worth, and Burbank.
While Neelman would not publicly confirm the news, Airline Weekly noted that the airline will be low-cost but offer amenities similar to those on JetBlue.
It could start flying as soon as 2020.
