Two-alarm fire heavily damages Rehoboth farmhouse

Two alarm fire heavily damages Rehoboth farmhouse (Rehoboth Fire Department)

A two-alarm fire in Rehoboth heavily damaged a farmhouse early Sunday morning.

Crews were called to a farmhouse at 176 Davis Street around midnight.

Fire officials tell NBC10 it started in another building, then spread to the home. They said the closest fire hydrant was a mile away, so departments had to shuttle water to the scene by tankers.

Witnesses told NBC10 they could see the flames from Route 195.

No one was injured. The cause is under investigation.
