Amazon says it has 100 million Prime members

The struggling retailer issued a lousy outlook last week, sending the stock to a nearly 10-year low. Its credit is being downgraded too, which could make it harder and more expensive to borrow money.
Beware of fake Starbucks coupons on the internet that promise free coffee for black customers. The coffee giant says that these coupons are false and in no way connected to the company.
