Hershey's introduces candy bar with no chocolate
Hershey's is releasing its first new candy bar since 1995. Hershey's Gold is a caramelized creme bar with peanut and pretzel bits. The candy bar is not made with any chocolate. It will be available on Dec. 1, and celebrates Hershey's official sponsorship of the U.S. Olympic Committee. Hershey's Gold is only the fourth candy bar flavor in the company's 117-year history after milk, dark and white creme chocolate bars.
Apple is on its way to being the first company worth $1 trillion. Overnight, the stock soared after it reported blowout earnings and made Apple worth almost $900 billion. That number doesn't include sales of the iPhone X, which hits stores Friday.
President Trump leaves on a trip to Asia. He'll visit Japan, China, the Philippines, South Korea and Vietnam. North Korea and trade will be on the agenda for those meetings.
Starbucks is launching a branded credit card with Chase. A prepaid debit card will come later. The company said both cards will allow customers to earn Starbucks rewards when they spend. Starbucks is selling its Tazo tea business to Unilever for nearly $400 million.
