President Trump gives his State of the Union address Tuesday night, and he's expected to promote America's economic growth and nearly 40 percent rise in the stock market since his election. Advisers say Trump will echo many of the business-friendly themes he spoke about last week at the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland.

ExxonMobil said it plans to invest $50 billion in the United States over the next five years, saying its decision is partly due to corporate tax cuts. As part of the investment, Exxon plans to increase production in the Permian basin, a shale oil region in western Texas and eastern New Mexico.

Bank of America is restricting job interview questions about previous pay. The aim is to help close the gap between what women and minorities are paid versus white men. The policy begins in March.

Disney is working with Her Universe to bring Disney, "Star Wars" and Marvel apparel to kids and tweens. The line is called Our Universe and features swimwear, active wear and shoes and will be sold exclusively at Disney stores.
