Connect With Molly Levine

Molly Levine joined the NBC 10 News team in June 2021 as a multimedia journalist

Molly was born and raised in Connecticut but grew up vacationing in the Ocean State and always hoped to call it home one day!

She graduated from Indiana University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in sports media with a broadcast track. While in college, Molly took on a few internships. She interned with NBC Connecticut covering local sports teams. She also interned for CBS Sports and had the opportunity to be a production assistant at the 2019 NCAA Final Four basketball tournament.

She was a collegiate athlete at IU as a cheerleader for the men’s basketball and football teams. Go Hoosiers!

After graduating in 2019, Molly spent two years in New Bern, North Carolina, as a breaking news anchor and MMJ for WCTI NewsChannel 12.

As a reporter in the field, she covered hurricanes Dorian and Isaias, the 2020 North Carolina gubernatorial race, and many stories aboard the United States Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune.

As the breaking news anchor, Molly closely followed the Derek Chauvin trial, the deputy-involved shooting death of Andrew Brown Jr., many 2021 mass shootings, and the COVID-19 pandemic.

Molly always knew she wanted to grow up to be a reporter. She loves talking to people of the community, telling their stories, and helping to get their voices heard.

In her free time, Molly is usually running or walking outside, at the beach, admiring the dog walking by, or trying to find the best Margherita pizza in town.

Molly enjoys meeting new people and would love to talk with you if you see her around town. Feel free to message her on Twitter or Facebook to say hello or email her at with any story ideas.
